“Worst service ever! Took our truck in had a little fender bender. The lady Olga who is the owner or the owners wife or girlfriend, is very rude. Went to pick up our vehicle today. I was scanning through the
radio & it just kept going, it wasn't catching no radio stations. when we took the truck in our radio was working great. I called lyall's bros collision & Olga answered, I asked her if I could talk to someone who was working on our
truck because our radio wasn't catching any stations. She started yelling at me telling me that she was the owner, she took our money & she didn't touch our radio, then hung up on me. Mind you we were already having issues with them.
So by now I'm pissed, I drive all the way back to their shop. I get off & talk shit to her, She talks shit right back. Some guy goes out to the truck to check it out. Turns out they forgot to put our antena back in. We have a 2015 I
knew there was something wrong with the radio not catching any stations. I would NOT recommend anyone to this place after they fuck up & you go back, get shit talked to all they say is "Well she is the owner". I don't give a damn who
she is, That's not the way to treat your customers after your guys messed up & forgot to put something back in.”
